We inform you that the general conditions of sale, listed below, indicate, in compliance with the regulations in force to protect the consumer, the conditions and methods with which to proceed with the online purchase on the AIS IL BAGNO snc website, now called the Seller of the products of your interest in a safe, easy and convenient way. Therefore we invite you to read them and accept them in order to proceed with the purchase.
I. DISPOSAL OF GOODS
The availability of the products is always indicated, however it is indicative information as they are not updated in real time.
II. DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery times vary depending on the availability of the material, which is indicated at the time of purchase. If the item is not in stock at the time of the order, a quick communication will be made to the customer, indicating the possible delivery date.
III. OBJECT
These general conditions of sale govern the sale of products marketed by the Seller to consumer users and to users acting for purposes related to the business activity.
These general conditions are effective as of the date of acceptance of the same by the customer on the site, which is valid for all purposes as acceptance pursuant to art. 1341 of the civil code.
The company reserves the right to modify these general sales conditions at any time by reporting them on the site.
Any contractual or extra-contractual liability of the company for direct or indirect damage to people and / or things caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order is excluded.
IV. PURCHASE METHOD
Products are purchased through access to the site and registration. For each of the products, a description is available on the website containing the main features of the same. All purchase support information is intended as a simple generic information material.
It is understood that the image accompanying the product description may not be fully representative of its features, but differ in color, size, and accessory products shown in the figure.
The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by the Seller by means of an automatic reply by e-mail, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the customer at the time of registration. This confirmation message will contain a “order number”, to be used in the event of any communication with the company. The message will contain all the data entered by the customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections.
In case of non-acceptance of the order, the seller guarantees timely communication to the customer.
V. PAYMENT METHODS
All prices on the site are retail prices and, therefore, inclusive of VAT.
Prices may change without notice and the only correct price is to be understood as the one indicated at the time of order confirmation.
On certain products, subject to price promotions, the seller reserves the right to accept orders by reducing the quantity, upon notice and acceptance by the customer, failing which the order will be considered canceled.
In the case of purchase of the goods with “credit card” payment method, together with the conclusion of the online transaction, the reference bank will authorize only the commitment of the amount relating to the purchase made. The amount relating to the goods processed, even partially, will actually be charged to the customer’s credit card only upon delivery of the material ordered to the courier.

The goods are sent only after acceptance of the order and receipt of the credit.
In case of cancellation of the order, either by the customer or in the case of non-acceptance by the seller, the cancellation will be made and the amount committed will be released (the release times depend exclusively on the banking system ). Once the transaction has been canceled, the seller cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from the release of the amount committed by the banking system.
The seller reserves the right to ask the customer for supplementary documents proving the ownership of the credit card. If the documentation is not sent, the seller reserves the right to refuse the order.
Transaction security is guaranteed by a data encryption system (SSL) and by direct, protected and certified connections.
VI. CANCELLATION LAW
Ais il Bagno reserves the right to cancel an order even if confirmed by the system and already paid by the customer if there are anomalies in the calculation of the shipment (abroad) or there are obvious price errors or in the case of excessive delay in the procurement of materials first by the supplying companies. The customer will be reimbursed the amount paid without any additional charge.
VII. DELIVERY METHOD
For each order placed, the seller issues a sales document of the material shipped. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the customer at the time of the order is binding. The customer can request a copy of the invoice or receipt within three months of the issue.
Delivery costs are charged to the customer and are indicated when the order is placed.
No responsibility can be attributed to the seller in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order. Upon delivery, the customer is required to check:
– that the packaging is intact, neither damaged, nor wet, or otherwise altered;
– that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
Any damage to the product or packaging or the mismatch of the information must be immediately reported to the courier with a WRITTEN CONTROL RESERVATION, on the courier’s proof of delivery. Once the courier’s document has been signed, the customer will not be able to make any objection to the external characteristics of what was delivered.
We specify that once the goods are accepted without any reservation, we will not be able in any way to reimburse for the damage that the articles have suffered. By accepting the goods without any reservation, we declare that the items that delivered the courier are intact and therefore it is not possible to prove later that the damage is attributable to transport.
By accepting the goods without reservation, the responsibilities of both the seller and the courier are forfeited.
This applies only to damage attributable to transport, we will respond to all problems relating to manufacturing defects and malfunctions not related to incorrect use or installation of the item.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery, according to the procedures set forth in this document. The delivery of the order is intended at street level unless otherwise communicated by our customer service.
In case of non-collection within 5 working days of the material in storage at the courier’s warehouses due to repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order, the order will be canceled.
WITHDRAWAL & LEGAL WARRANTY
The customer can make use of the right of withdrawal or if there is an error in the product, the material must return in original packaging, with all accessories and instruction manuals. We do not accept goods in packaging that is not original and improvised

APPLICABLE LAW
The sales contract between the customer and the seller is concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. For matters not otherwise established, Italian law is applicable.
For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance selling contract, if the customer is a consumer, that is a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase indicating in the order a reference of VAT number, the territorial competence is that of the reference court of his municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of the Seller’s registered office
