RETURNS

The online customer who acts as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, as provided for by art. 52. n. 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
It should be noted that this right is reserved only to natural persons, that is to those private consumers who act for purposes unrelated to their profession. There is no right of withdrawal for legal and physical persons who, in reference to the purchase contract, act in a professional context.

Pursuant to and within the limits of art. 52 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has the right, within 14 days of receipt of the purchased products, to exercise the right of withdrawal, consisting in the possibility of returning the products received and obtaining a refund of the price paid, without penalty and without the need for specify the reason.

This right applies to all products purchased online on this site, with the exclusion of Electronic products delivered sealed and subsequently opened by the customer.
The costs of returning the product are borne by the consumer.

Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to send to the seller, within 14 days of receipt of the purchased product, a communication in which the intention to withdraw from the purchase contract is clearly expressed.
This communication must be sent by e-mail to info@aisilbagno.it or by post to the following address:

To comply with the aforementioned 14-day deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
As an alternative to the aforementioned communication, in order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer may use the standard form attached to these general conditions and in accordance with that provided for by Legislative Decree no. 206/2005. This form can be sent by e-mail to info@aisilbagno.it or by post to the Seller at the above address.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR “REPENSATION”

The right of withdrawal for reconsideration is possible within a period of 14 days from receipt. It is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal without having to provide special justifications and request the return of the sum paid for the purchase in addition to the shipping costs. Return costs are charged to the customer. Ais il Bagno reserves the right to verify that the returned goods are intact, with the original seal and must not have been handled in such a way as to reduce the original value. Ais il Bagno will refund the purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you received the returned item, using the same payment method as the buyer. Ais il Bagno will not be responsible for items shipped at our office without any type of tracking. Ais il Bagno will not accept returns for customized items (Art 59.1 C) for specific customer needs such as shower stalls and shower enclosures. Any technical measures must be verified by the customer before signing the order.

EFFECTS OF THE REFUND

a) Reimbursement to the Customer
In case of withdrawal of the customer, the Seller will reimburse all payments received from the customer including any shipping costs, not later than 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal, using the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer has agreed to receive the refund in different ways. In any case, the user will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

b) Return of purchased goods
Once exercised the right of withdrawal, the customer must provide, at his own expense, to return the purchased products which must be received appropriately protected or packed in the original packaging, accompanied by all the accessories, including the instruction manuals. Returns are not accepted. in non-original packaging, missing pieces or in makeshift packaging.

The goods to be returned must be sent by the customer, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the customer communicated to the Seller his decision to withdraw from the contract, at the seller’s location in:

The aforementioned term of 14 days is respected if the customer sends back the goods before the expiry of the same period of 14 days.
In the event of withdrawal, pursuant to this article, the customer is required to bear the direct costs for returning the goods.
The Customer is only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods purchased resulting from their handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods themselves. Therefore, the products must not have been damaged or altered.

IMPORTANT NOTES

The transport costs and the responsibility of the goods during the shipment, as foreseen by the law, are charged to the consumer.
It is therefore advisable to insure the product with the selected courier, taking care to carefully pack the goods, where possible inserting the original packaging in an external box and, in any case, avoiding damage to the product with adhesive tapes, labels, etc. The product must be returned intact and complete with all its parts and accessories, including any warranties, instructions, user licenses, cables, etc. In case of transport damage occurred during the return, the Seller will communicate the damage to the consumer within five working days from receipt of the product, allowing the consumer to file a complaint with the carrier used for the transport. The damaged goods will be made available for return and the withdrawal request will be canceled at the same time.

CANCELLATION LAW

Ais il Bagno reserves the right to cancel an order even if confirmed by the system and already paid by the customer if there are anomalies in the calculation of the shipment or there are obvious price errors or the customer will be reimbursed the amount paid without any additional charge.

REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER

The purchase order can be canceled in full if, at the time of the cancellation request, the shipment of the product is still being prepared and, in any case, if the amount has not yet been collected; in this case no cost will be charged to the customer.

If at the time of the request to cancel the purchase order the product is already entrusted to the courier or, in any case, the amount has been collected, the consumer must exercise the right of withdrawal and return the goods to the Seller.

METHOD OF USE

Ais il Bagno declines all responsibility in the event of improper use of the products or incorrect installation. Ais il Bagno cannot be held responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, suffered by the Customer for the incorrect or improper use of the product, the incorrect installation, the negligence, the use of the product in unfit environments due to excess of humidity, excessive heating or other atmospheric agents.
