The seller, in order to supply the requested products / services, uses some data concerning you.
This is information that you provide us with. Ais il Bagno snc as a data controller, informs you pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree 30.6.2003 n. 196 (hereinafter, “Privacy Code”) and art. 13 EU Regulation n. 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”) that your data will be processed in the following manner and for the following purposes:
1. Subject of the processing
The Owner processes personal, identifying data (for example, name, surname, company name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, bank and payment details – later, “personal data” or “data”) communicated by you in occasion of the conclusion of contracts for the services of the Owner.
2. Purpose of the processing
Your personal data are processed without your express consent (art. 24 letter a), b), c) Privacy Code and art. 6 lett. b), e) GDPR), for the following Service Purposes:
– conclude the contracts for the owner’s services;
– fulfill the pre-contractual, contractual and fiscal obligations deriving from existing relationships with you;
– to fulfill the obligations provided for by the law, by a regulation, by EU legislation or by an order of the Authority (such as in the field of anti-money laundering);
– exercise the rights of the Owner, for example the right to defend in court.
3. Processing methods
The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in the art. 4 Privacy Code and to the art. 4 n. 2) GDPR and more precisely: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. Your personal data is subject to both paper and electronic and / or automated processing.
The Data Controller will process the personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and in any case for no more than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for the Service Purposes.
4. Access to data
Your data may be made accessible for the purposes referred to in art. 2:
– to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, in their capacity as appointees and / or internal processors and / or system administrators;
– to third-party companies or other subjects (as an example, employees of the seller, management company of the services provided to the seller for the e-commerce activity), who carry out outsourced activities on behalf of the owner, in their quality of external processors.
5. Data communication
Without the need for express consent (pursuant to art. 24 letter a), b), d) Privacy Code and art. 6 lett. b) and c) GDPR), the Owner may communicate your data for the purposes referred to in art. 2 to Supervisory Bodies (such as IVASS), Judicial Authorities, insurance companies for the provision of insurance services, as well as to those subjects to whom the communication is obligatory by law for the accomplishment of the said purposes. These subjects will process the data in their capacity as independent data controllers.
Your information will not be disseminated.
6. Security
The data is kept and checked by adopting appropriate preventive security measures, aimed at minimizing the risks of loss and destruction, unauthorized access, unauthorized processing and deviating from the purposes for which the processing is carried out.
7. Data transfer
The management and storage of personal data will take place within the European Union.
8. Rights of the interested party
As an interested party, you have the right under the art. 15 GDPR and precisely the rights of:
the. obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form;

iii. obtain: a) updating, rectification or integration of data; b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those for which conservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the event that such compliance occurs it proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
iv. object, in whole or in part for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection.
Where applicable, you also have the rights referred to in Articles 16-21 GDPR (Right of rectification, right to be forgotten, right to limitation of treatment, right to data portability, right to object), as well as the right to complain to the Guarantor Authority.

Previous information regarding the processing of personal data pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/03
Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30/06/2003, n. 196 “Code regarding the protection of personal data” (hereinafter the Code) – Ais il Bagno snc, with reference to the personal data acquired or to be acquired (by way of example: personal, fiscal, personal, accounting, etc.) in relation to to contractual relationships between the Customer and those who may be entertained in the future, informs that:
1) The data will be processed in such a way as to guarantee security and confidentiality and may also be carried out with the aid of electronic and / or automated means, for purposes relating to the execution of the obligations envisaged by the General Contract Conditions, for checks and assessments on the results and on the progress of the relationship, as well as on the risks connected to it (ie for example: truthfulness of the data provided, solvency even in the course of the relationship, etc.) due to legal and / or organizational requirements public, for promotional activities of Ais il Bagno snc products and for commercial and / or marketing purposes also through the use of the Customer’s e-mail coordinates.
2) The conferment of data is optional, however a refusal to supply the same could cause difficulties in the conclusion (by way of example, the identification data of the Customer, the Tax Code, the VAT number, etc.), execution and management (and that is, for example, the data relating to the Client’s bank account, the Client’s activities, the names and powers of the Customer’s Legal Representative, the financial, financial or economic data in general, etc.) of the Contract.
3) The data, as well as being processed by Ais il Bgano snc, will be communicated to specific subjects appointed by the same for the performance of some activities that cannot be carried out or that it is deemed inappropriate to perform within its own organization. These services also include the processing of data for the achievement of the contractual purposes, to companies specialized in organizing conferences, administration, telemarketing, for the promotion of 4Ti Tecnologie Informatiche srl products, to carry out specific activities, always inherent to the execution of the relationship, through outsourcing contracts, credit management and to all the subjects to whom the communication is due by virtue of legal and / or contractual obligations. A list of these subjects, periodically updated, is available at the company’s registered office and can be sent by simple request.
4) The data will be communicated to Italian and foreign companies, controlling, controlled, and / or even indirectly connected to all the companies with which we maintain product resale relationships, and may be transferred to countries belonging to the European Union.
5) The data will also be communicated to Public Administrations, Independent Auditors and to all the subjects to whom the communication is due by virtue of legal and / or contractual obligations.

7) The personal data acquired may be communicated, in any case in a confidential manner, to the subjects who, in turn, supply the Supplier and be transferred to their offices in order to carry out market analysis, plan the sales and disclosure processes of the activities carried out by the indirect channel. These parties, by processing personal data as indicated above, so differently and unrelated to the processing performed by the provider, act in all respects as data controllers.
