{"id":10900,"date":"2019-04-04T10:31:32","date_gmt":"2019-04-04T08:31:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aisilbagno.it\/?page_id=10900"},"modified":"2019-04-04T10:31:32","modified_gmt":"2019-04-04T08:31:32","slug":"legal-warranty","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.aisilbagno.it\/en\/legal-warranty\/","title":{"rendered":"LEGAL WARRANTY"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><h2>LEGAL WARRANTY<\/h2>\n<p>The products purchased are always accompanied by a legal guarantee that covers production and compliance defects (eg malfunctions, breakdowns and breakages deriving from normal use, defects of the goods) of the products themselves for 24 months from the date of delivery of the product.<\/p>\n<p>The legal guarantee cannot be asserted by those who purchased the products as part of their business or professional activity, indicating their VAT number.<\/p>\n<p>The legal guarantee gives the right to ask the seller:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">at the consumer&#8217;s choice, the repair or replacement of the goods, free of charge, provided that the requested solution is not impossible or excessively burdensome compared to the alternative, considering: the extent of the possible defect, the value of the product without defect and the possibility that the alternative can be implemented avoiding significant inconvenience to the customer;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">in the event that the repair or replacement is impossible, excessively burdensome or late or involves significant inconvenience to the customer and is not effective in resolving the problem, the customer has the right to request a price reduction or termination of the contract. In determining the amount of the reduction or the amount to be returned, the use of the asset must be taken into account. In any case, for minor defects for which the product could not be repaired or replaced, the contract cannot be terminated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The seller carries out the repair or replacement of the product within a maximum time period of 60 days from delivery to the point of sale, excluding the time required to procure spare parts not immediately available.<\/p>\n<p>In order to enforce the warranty the customer must by law:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">keep and show the purchase receipt;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">denounce the defect within two months of its discovery;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.aisilbagno.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/10900"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.aisilbagno.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.aisilbagno.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/page"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.aisilbagno.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.aisilbagno.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=10900"}],"version-history":[{"count":3,"href":"https:\/\/www.aisilbagno.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/10900\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":10903,"href":"https:\/\/www.aisilbagno.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/10900\/revisions\/10903"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.aisilbagno.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=10900"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
